Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out/early check in may be available upon request.
- Check-out after 1:00 PM may incur an additional fee of up to €150.
- If a delayed check-out impacts incoming guests, a partial nightly rate may apply.
Before departure, please:
- Switch off all lights and appliances
- Return keys to the key box
- Leave the apartment tidy
- Dispose of waste according to the local collection schedule

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
General
- Please treat the apartment with care and respect
- Kindly avoid rearranging furniture
- Any damages must be reported and may incur replacement or repair costs
Noise & Respect
- Please respect neighbors at all times
- Quiet hours are after 10:00 PM till 8:00 AM
- Parties and events are not permitted
Guests
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
- Additional guests may incur a charge of €150 per person per night
Smoking
- Smoking is permitted only on the balcony
- Please use the ashtray provided
- Smoking indoors may result in an extra cleaning fee
Safety & Compliance
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises
- Any violation may result in immediate termination of the stay and additional charges up to €2000
Utilities
- Please use water and electricity responsibly
- Turn off air conditioning and appliances when leaving the apartment
Cleanliness
- Food is not permitted in the bedrooms
- Dispose of garbage according to the provided schedule (before 7:00 AM at ground floor when required)
Keys & Security
- Always lock the door when leaving
- Lost keys may incur a replacement fee
- For safety, we recommend leaving keys in the key box when possible
